TAK Heating & Cooling – Terms and Conditions

TAK Heating & Cooling provides heating, cooling, and related residential HVAC services. Service availability is subject to geographic and technical limitations. We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested work is unsafe or beyond our scope.

3. Booking and Estimates

Booking requests are subject to confirmation and availability. Free in-home estimates may be offered for specific services; however, not all requests are eligible. Prices provided are estimates only unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We may require a deposit for certain installations. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept major credit cards and other methods as noted at time of booking. All charges are subject to applicable taxes.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Warranty and Liability

TAK offers limited warranties on specific services and installations, which will be outlined in writing where applicable. We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, third-party modifications, or pre-existing system issues. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including logos, text, photos, and graphics) is the property of TAK Heating & Cooling or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our written consent.
